🚀 New Features

Inventory Aging Report

Inventory Aging Report – Create custom aging buckets in Report Management to see how much unallocated on-hand inventory falls into each range. Aging is based on the original receiving date, helping teams identify slow-moving stock. The report can also include oldest receipt date, expiry quantities, and Days of Cover where configured.

Locate Inventory

Locate – Scan or search a supported product or inventory identifier from desktop or mobile to find matching inventory and view its quantity, location, unit of measure, and tracking details. Locate provides a read-only way to answer where an item is without changing inventory.

Mark a Picking Batch or Order as Picked

Mark as Picked – Supervisors can mark eligible soft-allocated batches or individual orders as Picked from the desktop when picking took place outside the standard handheld flow. They can confirm the bins, lots, serial numbers, and quantities picked before the order continues through the regular packing workflow.

Product-Linked Consumables and Pack-Ins

Product-Linked Consumables – Link consumables and pack-ins to products or product categories so required materials appear in supported outbound planning and packing workflows. Consumables are also visible as a distinct product type in Product Management.

Serial Number Transaction History

Serial Number Transaction History – Open a serialized unit in Location Inventory to review its recorded movements and inventory transactions in a timeline. The history can also be exported as a CSV for investigation and reconciliation.

Bundle Support for Soft Allocation

Batching can now allocate available pre-formed bundles or, when needed, use the components required to fulfill a bundle. All required components must be available for a bundle line to use component inventory.

Outbound Serial Capture

Outbound Serial Capture During Packing – When configured, packers can scan or enter an outbound identifier, such as a serial number or IMEI, while packing a product that is not managed as serialized inventory in Hopstack. The identifier is recorded against the order line, package, and shipment.

New Integrations

WooCommerce, ShipSavvy, and Stallion Express – WooCommerce is now available as a commerce integration. ShipSavvy and Stallion Express are available as carrier integrations for supported shipping workflows.

🔧 Enhancements

Receiving and Pre-Receiving Controls

Granular Undo Receiving – Undo specific received items, lots, or serial numbers when the inventory is still eligible for reversal, without undoing the entire receipt.

Pre-Receiving Improvements – Edit finalized pre-receiving information before receiving begins, print lot labels, record reasons for short-received lots, and close or reopen lots with comments. The lot-selection list also shows expected, received, and remaining quantities or weights.

Enhanced Receiving List View – Review expected and received quantities more easily, choose which columns to display, sort by date or order ID, and filter for pending work.

Putaway Grouping

Group the Putaway List – Organize items awaiting putaway by Received Date, SKU, or Lot on desktop and mobile. Received Date groups appear oldest first to help teams prioritize earlier receipts.

Product Export

Quick Export from Product Management – Export the products matching the current search and filters directly from Manage Actions. Choose export fields, starting with the columns visible in your table, and download the CSV when it is ready. A new Number of Images field helps identify products with missing imagery.

User and Role Audit Trail

Access Change History – Tenant administrators can review changes to users, roles, warehouse and client access, and module permissions. Audit entries show the previous and new values, when the change occurred, and who made it.

Packing and Outbound Planning

Packing Workflow Improvements – Clearer Start and Resume actions, improved scan feedback, Undo Last Scan, and more visible box progress make packing easier to follow. Shipment Preview more clearly separates purchasing a label from using an existing one.

Offline Picking Support – Scan the Picking Batch ID printed on a pick list to identify the batch and start packing.

Outbound Planning Improvements – Bulk label printing and downloading, box assignment, notifications, and selection controls make it easier to work with multiple orders.

Search, Allocation, and Operational Visibility

More Flexible Filters – Text fields now support Is Blank and Is Not Blank, making it easier to find records with missing information.

Improved Picking Verification – When a scan does not fully confirm the SKU or quantity picked, supported soft-allocation workflows prompt associates for additional confirmation.

Clearer Allocation Quantities – Location Inventory now presents Physical, Committed, and Available quantities, including soft-allocated demand in the committed quantity.

Improved Mark Complete Workflow – Clearer Need Input and Resolved states help users work through orders that require inventory decisions, including precise selection of serial or tracking-controlled units.

Richer Grouped Lists – Expanded groups in Orders and Consignmentsnow show more of the configured record information.

Expanded Integration Activity – Customer-readable activity now covers additional integrations, including Amazon, CommerceHub, eBay, and Stamps.com. Connections also show the latest available activity timestamp.

Clearer Amazon FBA Errors – Actionable rejection reasons from Amazon are displayed more clearly during supported inbound transportation and packing operations.

Permission-Aware Actions – Users with read-only access no longer see management actions they cannot perform across several operational and setup screens.

Inventory reporting and export improvements – Additional weight and soft-allocation information is now available in inventory reporting, along with improvements to Location Inventory exports.

General UI and Product Management polish – Smaller improvements include clearer alerts, better behavior on smaller screens, refreshed Report Management previews, improved Receiving Buffer placement, and editable product pricing. Relevant documentation has also been refreshed for Receiving Buffer, Product Management, and Report Management.
