Product Management V2 now supports a quick export directly from the products table. From Manage Actions, users can export the products matching the filters and search state they are currently viewing without first configuring a Products Report in Report Management.
Number of Images is available as an optional field in Product Management. You can:

Display it as a column in the product table.

Filter and sort products by their number of images.

Include it in the exported Products Report.
This makes it easier to identify products with missing or incomplete imagery and take the required corrective action.
To Quickly Export Products Report

Navigate to Setup > Product Management.

Apply the required search criteria and filters to display the products you want to export. You could also export the entire product list without applying filters.

Click Manage Actions and select Export Report.

The Export Products Report window displays all fields available for export, organized into categories such as Identifiers, Classification, Marketplace, Images & Dates, and Other.
- The columns currently displayed in the product table are selected by default.
- You can modify the field selection using the toggle next to each field or use Select all or Clear all to manage all fields at once.

The total number of selected fields is displayed at the top of the window. Review your selections to ensure the CSV contains only the information you need.

Click Export.
The report is generated asynchronously, allowing you to continue using Hopstack while it is being prepared. Once processing is complete a notification is displayed that the report is ready, user can download the generated CSV file by clicking on “Download Now”.
