How to add products on Hopstack Platform

Tip: Ensure you are logged in with the appropriate account and have the necessary access before proceeding with the instructions.

Navigate to the Hopstack Platform

After logging in, locate the "Setup" button in the main navigation menu (on the left side of the screen) and click on it.

Find and click on the "Product Management" option

In the top right corner, click on the ‘Add Product’ button

Please specify the clients. The drop-down menu will have all the clients which are managed through the Hopstack Platform.

Click on "Basic Details" and select the Type Of Item: If it's a single product add it as a “Standalone” or if it's a part of a bundle add it as “Part of a bundle” OR Click on "Next" to go to the next widget

Click on "Product Details" OR Click on "Next" to go to the next widget

Name of the Product: Please enter the name of your product following the appropriate terminology for naming.

Add SKU (Stock keeping unit): Please provide a unique identifier for your product.

Product Description: Please provide a detailed description of your product.

Product Category: Please specify the category of your product. Note: You can always add a new category by clicking on "Add Custom"

Product Type: Please indicate the type or variant of your product. Note: You can always add a new type by clicking on "Add Custom"

Click on "Codes" OR Click on "Next" to go to the next widget

UPC (Universal Product Code): Enter the Universal Product Code(s) for your product, separated by commas.

EAN (European Article Number): Enter the European Article Number(s) for your product, separated by commas.

Click on "Attributes" OR Click on "Next" to go to the next widget

Perishable: Please specify if your product is perishable (Yes/No). - Lot ID/Batch ID required: Please indicate if a Lot ID or Batch ID is required for your product (Yes/No). - Expiry Date required: Please indicate if an Expiry Date is required for your product (Yes/No).

Weight: Please enter the weight of your product.
