This guide provides a quick, step-by-step process for onboarding Shopify clients in Hopstack—from setting up the client and inviting users to connecting their Shopify store and verifying that products and orders are syncing successfully.
1. Set Up the Client
Create the customer as a client in Hopstack client management and associate the relevant warehouses.
2. Configure the Client Role
Create a Client role in user management and assign the required permissions.
3. Invite Client Users
Create the client users, assign the Client role, and send the invitations.
The steps from this point onward is to be completed by the customer or client.
4. Complete the Client Login
The client opens the invitation, sets up their account, and logs in to Hopstack.
5. Connect the Shopify Store
The client connects their Shopify store to hopstack using their shopify store domain.
6. Verify Product and Order Sync
Confirm that Shopify products and orders have synchronized successfully with Hopstack.
You’re Ready to Go!
Once the products and orders are visible in Hopstack, the Shopify client onboarding is complete.
