The following is a list of all hardware supported by the Hopstack platform. This list is updated frequently as we continue to increase the number of natively supported printers, scanners, PDAs, and weight scales.

Please note that if your hardware is not listed below, Hopstack does not natively support it as of the latest update. Please raise any specific hardware requests with your product expert during the prospecting phase.
Hopstack, and its affiliates, do not take responsibility for sub-optimal hardware performance OR damaged hardware if its platform is used with non-natively supported hardware.
Due to the prevalence of industry standards in software-hardware interfaces, some non-natively supported hardware may also work perfectly well with our platform. We encourage you to check with your product expert if this is the case with your hardware.

Personal Digital Assistants (PDA)

Hopstack supports most of PDA/wireless scanners which has at least Android 10 and 3GB RAM. Hardware should support 'Keyboard mode'. |

To check keyboard mode compatibility, Open Note or messaging app on PDA. When barcode is scanned it should paste on a curser like it’s typed by keyboard.
