How to delete and Re-activate Product on Hopstack
If the product has inventory in the warehouse, deleting the product will deactivate the product. It will be visible in the red highlighted text on the product management screen. To bring such a product back, follow the reactivation steps.
If the product does not have any stock in the warehouse, deleting the product will archive it. Meaning it won't be visible on the UI to reactivate. Please talk to the Hopstack team if you want to bring back a deleted product that is not visible on UI
There is no permanent delete option from the UI. If you can't find the product you deleted, contact Hopstack support. If you permanently delete any products, Please raise a support request with mentioning the SKUs and reasons.
Deactivation:
If you need to deactivate a product on the Hopstack platform, follow these steps to ensure the product is deactivated from your active listings.
Step 1: Access the Setup Section
Log in to your Hopstack account.
Navigate to the Setup section from the main dashboard. This section allows you to configure various settings and manage your inventory.
Step 2: Go to Product Management
Within the Setup menu, select Product Management. This page lists all your products and provides tools to manage them effectively.
Step 3: Search for the Product
Enter the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) of the product you want to de-activate in the search bar. This step will help you quickly locate the specific item.
Find the product in the list and click on the Action button associated with the SKU.
Select Delete from the dropdown menu to modify the product's details and proceed to de-activate.
Note : Even though we delete it from UI, the Hopstack platform stores it. If in case deleted wrong product, talk to Hopstack Support to reactivate it or follow the steps on How to Reactivate a Product on Hopstack
Reactivation:
If you need to reactivate a product on the Hopstack platform, follow these steps to ensure the product is back in your active listings. Reactivating a product is useful when you want to resume sales.

Step 1: Access the Setup Section
Log in to your Hopstack account.
Navigate to the Setup section from the main dashboard. This section allows you to configure various settings and manage your inventory.
Step 2: Go to Product Management
Within the Setup menu, select Product Management. This page lists all your products and provides tools to manage them effectively.
Step 3: Include Inactive Products
Click on the Filter button to refine what products you see.
Toggle on Include Inactive Products. This action will allow you to view both active and inactive products in your inventory.
Step 4: Search for the Product
Enter the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) of the product you want to reactivate in the search bar. This step will help you quickly locate the specific item.
Step 5: Edit Product Details
Find the product in the list and click on the Action button associated with the SKU.
Select Edit from the dropdown menu to modify the product's details.
Step 6: Activate the Product
In the edit mode, find the Active toggle and turn it on. This change will mark the product as active in your system.
Step 7: Submit Changes
After ensuring all the details are correct and the product is set to active, click on Submit to save the changes.
You have successfully reactivated a product on the Hopstack platform.
It will now appear in your active listings and be included in your consignment and sales processes.
