Download and Print Product Labels

This guide provides instructions on how to download and print labels for products managed within your system. Labels can contain various identifiers such as SKU, ASIN, FNSKU, UPC, and EAN, depending on the product type and the information available.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Product Management

• Start by accessing the Product Management section of your system. This is where all products are listed and managed.

2. Select or Search for the Product

• Locate the product for which you need a label. You can either scroll through the list of products or use the search function to quickly find the product by name, SKU, or other identifiers.

3. Access the Action Menu

• Once you've found the product, click on the three-dot action button associated with it. This will open a menu of available actions for that product.

4. Download/Print Label

• In the action menu, look for the "Download/Print Label" option and click on it. This will lead you to the label customization and printing section.

5. Customize Label Settings

• Select Dimensions: Choose the dimensions for the label. This ensures the label fits your requirements for size and layout.

• Select Identifier: Choose which identifier(s) you want to include on the label. The options available will depend on the product and the information previously added or fetched for it.

6. Identifier Options

• Depending on whether the product is an Amazon product or a normal product, you will have different identifier download options:

  • For Amazon Products: You may have options like SKU, ASIN, FNSKU, UPC, and EAN. Select the identifier that suits your needs.

  • For Normal Products: You will typically have the SKU label. This is the default option for products not associated with Amazon or similar platforms.

7. Confirm and Print

• After selecting the dimensions and identifiers, confirm your choices. If you are printing the label, ensure your printer is set up correctly. If downloading, choose the file format if prompted and save the label to your device.

Note : Presently Expiry Dates are not added on the FNSKU’s.
