September 2026 Release Notes

๐Ÿš€ New Features

Fulfillment Controls for Storage Locations

Fulfillment Characteristics for Storage Locations โ€“ Control whether locations allow picking, putaway, or both. Configure settings at the section, zone, aisle, rack, or bin level, with settings inherited by locations underneath. Keep locations out of new order allocation or restrict putaway without disabling other warehouse activities.

The Receiving Buffer can also be enabled for picking, with physical storage prioritized first. For soft-allocated inventory, the orderโ€™s allocation follows the stock if it is put away before picking.

These controls take effect when Location Validation is enabled for your account. Contact your implementation lead to confirm availability or enable it.

Location Inventory Transaction History

Location Inventory Transaction History โ€“ Review the transaction history of every inventory record, including non-serialized stock. Track receiving, putaway, transfers, allocations and releases, fulfillment, and adjustments, with quantity changes, locations, references, reasons, and users where available. Export the history to CSV for further review.

Product Audit Trail

Product Audit Trail โ€“ Investigate product changes through a field-level history of creation, updates, and deletion. Review previous and new values and identify who or what made each change. The audit trail covers manual edits, bulk uploads, supported integration updates, public API changes, and bundle updates.

Returns Through Pre-Receiving

Pre-Receiving โ€“ Pre-Receiving now supports Regular and Return types, allowing returns to follow a structured inbound workflow while remaining clearly identifiable. For operations using Quality Checking, returned inventory is routed through Inspection rather than received directly as Good. Returns can also support over-receipt and additional items when the exact contents are not known in advance.

Public API Expansion

Create Customers API โ€“ Create customers programmatically using customer codes, names, and warehouse codes.

Order Search API โ€“ Search fulfilled orders using serial number, lot ID, pallet ID, storage-unit LPN, inventory tracking ID, or SKU, extending fulfillment traceability to connected systems.

๐Ÿ”ง Enhancements

Redesigned Order Creation

Create Order V2 โ€“ Create orders through a dedicated full-page workflow designed for both simple and high-line-count orders. Add products through SKU search, spreadsheet-style entry, copy-paste Quick Import, or CSV upload. Capture lot, serial number, or LPN details against relevant order lines, with Packing Plan and Shipping available as separate optional steps.

Smarter Soft-Allocation Batching Preview

Soft-Allocation Batching Preview โ€“ The batching preview now evaluates shared inventory across all selected orders. Orders predicted to run short appear in a separate Will be short group and are deselected for batching by default, helping users identify stock conflicts before creating a batch.

Consignments: Needs Action and Pinned Views

Consignments โ€“ The Consignments screen now opens to Needs Action, keeping unfinished inbound work in focus. Completed and closed consignments remain accessible through All Consignments. Pin saved views as persistent tabs to keep frequently used work queues one click away.

Amazon FBA Inbound Improvements

FBA Inbound Workflow โ€“ US FBA inbound now permits oversized or overweight cartons containing a single item, while multi-item cartons retain existing size and weight limits. Invalid-SKU validation also occurs earlier in the workflow, helping operators resolve SKU issues before cartons are physically packed and closed.

FNSKU-Based Putaway

Putaway List View โ€“ Resolve eligible inventory using FNSKU, Seller SKU, or ASIN alongside existing product identifiers. The awaiting-putaway list also displays FNSKU and UPC alongside SKU, making items easier to identify without opening individual inventory records.

Redesigned Order Report PDF

Download Report for an Order โ€“ The downloadable Order Report now supports both small ecommerce orders and large B2B orders with detailed inventory tracking. The report includes Ship To business and attention details, shipment information, notes, and a paginated item table covering SKU, bin, lot or expiry, LPN, pallet ID, quantity, and UOM. Long identifiers wrap more clearly, and large orders paginate more efficiently.

Permission-Aware Actions

Manage Actions โ€“ Read-only users can now access Manage Actions menus more consistently across inventory, setup, reporting, and integration modules. Actions requiring write permissions remain disabled, making available options clearer.

Pick-Then-Sort and Sub-Tote Improvements

Picking Workflow โ€“ The soft-allocation mobile picker now displays sub-tote placement during picking. For pick lists without sub-totes, packers can scan any item to start the matching order instead of following the first order in sequence.

Consumables and Components Bulk Upload

Consumable Management โ€“ Consumable types, product and SKU linkages, pack-ins, and Components can now be configured at scale through Bulk Upload.

UOM Configuration in Product Reports

Products Report โ€“ Product Reports can now include configured units of measure and conversion mappings for each SKU, providing clearer visibility into product UOM settings.

Order Management Sorting and Filters

Order Management Filters โ€“ Sort orders by Order Date and sort or filter by Total Quantity. Updated quantity filter labels clearly distinguish the number of product line items from the total number of units.

Integration Improvements

Integration Activity Logs โ€“ Shippo now records shipment events, including label purchases, failures, and voids, in Integration Activity. eHub international shipment handling also supports additional U.S. territories, including Guam.
