Consignments

This guide is meant for all users who have read & write access to the consignments screen, including warehouse administrators, prep center operators, and prep center merchants.

The Consignments page provides a centralized view of inbound consignments, helping users track them from creation through receiving and putaway.

The table is designed to make it easier to work with a large number of consignments. Users can customize the information displayed, search for specific consignments, apply filters, save frequently used views, and group records to quickly focus on the consignments that require attention.

Consignments Table

Each row represents a consignment, with important information displayed directly in the table. Depending on the columns configured, users can review information such as:

  • Warehouse

  • Order ID

  • Created Date

  • Client

  • Status

  • Number of SKUs

  • Total Quantity

  • Order Type

  • Tracking Number

  • Supplier

  • Consignment Number

  • Total Lots

  • Received/Promised Weight

  • Documents

  • Damage information

This allows users to review consignments without having to open each record individually.

Configure Columns

Different users may need different information from the Consignments table. Click Columns to configure the table based on your operational needs.

From the Configure Columns panel, users can:

  • Choose which columns are visible or hidden with the help of Eye icon.

  • Search for a specific column.

  • Reorder columns to control how information appears in the table by dragging them up or down.

Customising the columns helps each user keep the most useful information readily available.

Search filter

Use the Search filter to quickly locate a particular consignment or a set of consignments that contain a specific product.

Search is available across:

  • Order ID

  • Tracking Number

  • Item SKU

  • Item UPC

  • Item Name

The search supports partial matches. This is particularly useful when only part of an Order ID, SKU, tracking number, or product information is available.

Tip: Use Filters instead when you need an exact match or want to apply more specific criteria.

Filter Consignments

Click Add Filter to narrow the table to consignments matching specific operational criteria.

Multiple filters can be applied together to create a more targeted list. For example, users can filter the table to show consignments for a particular warehouse that are currently in the Unprocessed status.

Applied filters are displayed above the table, making it easy to see the criteria currently controlling the results and remove individual filters when they are no longer required.

Save Frequently Used Views

Saved Views are useful for creating reusable operational worklists. Instead of applying the same filters every time, users can simply select the required view and immediately return to the relevant set of consignments.

After configuring the required filters, open Views and select Save Current View. The saved view will then appear in the Views menu for quick access.

Use Manage Views to manage previously saved views.

Group Consignments

The Group By option organizes consignments into logical groups, making large lists easier to review.

Consignments can be grouped by:

  • Client

  • Warehouse

  • Status

When you expand a group, each consignment displays substantially more information than the basic Order ID, customer, and status preview. The expanded rows closely follow the columns configured for your consignments table, allowing you to review relevant order details without leaving the grouped view.
