Group by Tracking Number
he Group by Tracking Number filter allows users to group consignments based on their tracking numbers. This is particularly useful when multiple consignments share the same tracking number, enabling better organization and quicker access to related consignments.

How to Use the Group by Tracking Number Filter
Navigate to the Consignment Screen:
Access the Inbound Logistics module.
Select the Consignment screen.
Apply the Group by Tracking Number Filter:
Locate the filter options at the top of the consignment list.
Select the Group by Tracking Number filter.
View Grouped Consignments:
Once the filter is applied, the consignment list will refresh to display consignments grouped by their tracking numbers.
Each group will be identified by a unique tracking number.
Identifying Consignment Groups:
If multiple consignments share the same tracking number, they will be displayed as follows:
Tracking Number (Quantity of Consignments): This format indicates the tracking number followed by the number of consignments associated with that tracking number.
For example, if the tracking number "ABC123" is shared by three consignments, it will be displayed as ABC123 (3).
Fields Displayed After Applying the Filter
After applying the Group by Tracking Number filter, you will see the following fields for each tracking number group:
Tracking Number: The unique identifier used to track the consignment.
# of Consignments: The total number of consignments associated with the tracking number.
Warehouse: The warehouse where the consignments are stored or are to be delivered.
Completion %: The percentage indicating how much of the consignment process is complete.
Status: The current status of the consignments.
