July 2026 Release Notes

🚀 New Features

Consignment Traceability

Consignment Linkage Across Receiving, Storage, and Outbound Orders – The Inbound Consignment Order ID is now automatically linked to inventory as it moves through receiving, storage, and outbound orders. This persistent linkage makes it easier to trace issues back to the original consignment, accelerate root cause analysis, and improve accountability throughout the inventory lifecycle.

Bulk Order Completion

Bulk Mark Complete for Soft-Allocated Orders – Select and mark multiple soft-allocated orders as complete in a single action. The system automatically resolves inventory when there is a clear eligible lot or FEFO winner, flags orders requiring input, and displays real-time completion progress.

Integration Activity Logs

Integration Activity Logs – View integration activity directly within the platform, including which records synced, which failed, timestamps, and detailed error messages. Activity logs are available for Salesforce, FedEx, UPS, and Shopify integrations.

Location Inventory Visibility

Location Inventory: Summary and Allocation Visibility – A new Summary tab provides inventory totals by client, warehouse, SKU, and unit of measure. SKU-bin records now also show soft-allocation details by stage—such as Ready to Pick and Picked—and the exact order lines consuming the inventory.

Quality Check Workflow

Receiving and Quality Checking Workflow – A dedicated Quality Check workflow is now available for operations that require inspection before inventory moves into storage. Items can be routed through a Review Station and processed using a structured pass, fail, or hold flow.

Public API Expansion

GET Single Consignment API – A new GET endpoint allows custom integrations to retrieve an individual consignment by ID without listing consignments and filtering the results client-side.

🔧 Enhancements

Platform-Wide Design Refresh

Using the New Hopstack Interface – Every Hopstack screen now follows a consistent design language across tables, forms, modals, filters, navigation, dashboards, operational workflows, inventory views, FBA workflows, and print dialogs. The refreshed interface improves readability, page-load performance, and overall usability.

Legacy V1 screens for Order Management, Consignments, Products, Integrations, SKU-Bin Management, and Outbound Exceptions have been fully retired. All functionality is now available in V2.

Putaway Workflow Improvements

Chained Putaway Workflow – Chained putaways allow associates to scan multiple items consecutively and put them away into the same location through a single flow. For serialized products, putaway is now enforced using the serial number instead of a SKU scan, ensuring that every unit is individually tracked.

Storage Management Barcode View

Barcode View Tab – The Barcode View tab now features a cleaner layout, search and filtering capabilities, and virtual scrolling for large location sets. This completes the first phase of the Storage Management redesign.

Targeted Containers for FBA Inbound Items

Creating an FBA Inbound Plan with Targeted Inventory Identifiers – When creating an FBA inbound shipment, each item can now be assigned to a specific LPN or container directly from the inbound screen. Product images are also displayed in the consignment item details window for easier visual confirmation.

Mobile Access for Managers

Mobile Workflow Selection – Managers can now access operational modules through the Hopstack mobile app, allowing them to oversee and participate in warehouse-floor activities directly from a handheld device.

Location Label Printing

Location Barcode Printing – A new 4 × 1.75-inch label size is available in all location-code printing menus, supporting commonly used thermal label stock.

FNSKU Label Terminology

FNSKU Labels – “Best by” has been renamed to “Exp Date” on FNSKU labels to align with standard industry terminology.
