How to Generate and Print 4x6 LPN Labels with Product Tracking Details During Receiving

With the latest update, users can now generate and print LPN (License Plate Number) including essential product tracking details like Lot ID, expiry date, and UOM (Unit of Measure) while receiving. Follow the steps below to generate an LPN label during the receiving process.

Steps to Generate the LPN Label in the receiving Screen:

1. Click on the Add LPN button.
   

   

2. Choose the Form factor.
   

   

3. Input an LPN ID, or use the autogenerate option to create one automatically.
   

   

4. Select the Size of the Label to be 4x6.
   

   

5. Specify the Number of Labels to Print.
   

   

6. If you want to include product tracking details like Lot ID, expiry date, and UOM on the label, Click on the checkbox to enable this option.
   

   

7. To preview the label before printing, click on the Download button to download a preview version.
   

   

8. Click on the Print button to print the labels.
   

   

9. Click on Submit to save the LPN.
