Dealing with Damages During Receiving

Set the Condition of the Goods

Upon receiving goods, you will have the option to set the condition of these goods. If any items are received as damaged, you can select the appropriate condition. Anything other than 'Good' can be chosen for damaged goods. Once this is done, the damaged goods will not be available for putaway.

Verifying Damaged Quantities

Navigate to the Stock Ledger screen in the system. Here, you can search for the affected SKU(s). You will find a column labeled 'Damaged' which shows the quantity you marked as damaged during receiving.

Click on the quantity in the 'Damaged' column. This action will show you a list of all the damaged instances along with an 'Action' button.
