Revamped Report Management

We're excited to announce a new, revamped version of our Report Management module!

Previously, our platform only supported Instant Reports, allowing users to generate on-demand reports and receive them instantly via email. Now, we’ve added a new feature: Scheduled Reports.

With Scheduled Reports, you can automate your reporting process by scheduling reports to be generated at specific intervals and delivered directly to your inbox. This ensures you're always up-to-date with the latest data without any manual effort.

Improved Search Features

We're introducing a new help tool tip that provides users with a quick reference to the fields available for searching on any screen. Currently, this feature is available on the Outbound Operations screen, and it will soon be extended to other screens.

Additionally, we've added a new search capability: you can now search by Bin Location directly on the Operations screen, streamlining your workflow and making it easier to find what you need.

These enhancements are part of our ongoing efforts to improve your experience with our platform.

Managing Damaged Quantities

We've introduced a new feature to streamline the handling of damaged quantities using system-created damaged locations.

Key Updates:

Automatic Assignment: Damaged products are now automatically assigned to a system-created damaged location, ensuring proper segregation from regular stock.
Exclusion from Storage Totals: Damaged quantities are excluded from storage totals and tracked separately in the "Damaged Qty" section.
Transfer Options: Damaged items can be transferred to other locations via SKU Bin Mapping or the Stock Ledger.
Detailed Tracking: Enhanced tracking for Unit of Measure (UOM), Lot ID, and Serial ID for damaged items.

Note: These system-created damaged locations cannot be deleted and damaged stock is excluded from order fulfillment. Learn More

Order Export Report Feature

Easily export and analyze your order data with the new Order Export Report feature.

Why Use It:

Comprehensive Data: Export key order details like Order ID, Date, Warehouse, Status, and more.
Streamlined Reporting: Quickly generate a CSV file for in-depth analysis and better decision-making.

How to Export:

Navigate to Order Management under Outbound Logistics.
Select Export Report from the Actions menu.
Click Download CSV to receive your data.

Storage Management

Our new Storage Management module allows administrators to effortlessly replicate physical warehouses within the Hopstack platform, creating multiple storage sections tailored to your specific needs.

What’s New:

Custom Hierarchies: Design unique storage hierarchies across various locations to match your organizational structure.
Flexible Statuses: Ability to mark storage locations as available and unavailable, giving flexibility to you to define which location you would like it to be enabled for workflows and operations.

Bundling Summary Operations Screen

The new Bundling Summary Operations screen in the Inventory module provides a clear overview of your bundling tasks, from picking to putaway.

Features:

Batch ID, User, Tote: Track and manage tasks with ease.
Status Updates: Monitor the progress of picking, bundling, and putaway stages.
Filters: Easily sort by warehouse, client, status, and date range.

Click the eye icon for detailed progress on each task.
