Order Export Report
This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to export Order data from the Hopstack platform. The Order data includes key details such as Order ID, Order Date, Source, and more, and covers a period of the last 12 months.
Accessing the Order Management Screen
Log in to the Hopstack platform.
Navigate to Outbound Logistics from the main menu.
Click on the Order Management screen.
Exporting the Report
In the Order Management screen, locate the Actions button at the top right corner.
Click on Actions.
From the dropdown menu, select Export Report.
A confirmation prompt will appear. Click on Download CSV to proceed.

Report Contents
The exported report will include the following columns:
Order ID: Unique identifier for each order.
Order Type: Type of order.
Order Date: The date the order was made.
Order Created At Timestamp when the order was created.
Warehouse: Name of the warehouse handling the consignment.
Customer: Customer associated with the order.
Number of products: Number of different SKUs in an order.
Total Quantity: Total quantity of items in the consignment.
Status: Current status of an order
Sub Status: Current sub status of an order
Received Quantity: Quantity of items received.
Tracking: Indicates the tracking number of an order.
Carrier: Carrier name of an order.
Tracking Number: Indicates the current tracking number of an order.
Source: Indicates the source of an order
Tote: Indicates the current Tote of an order
Sub Tote: Indicates the current Sub Tote of an order
Delivery Method: Indicates the delivery method of an order
Pro Number: Indicates the Pro number of an order
Multiple Line Order: Indicates whether the order is of multiple or not.
Reference: Indicates whether there is any reference for an order.
Notes: Indicates the current updated notes for an order.
Downloading the Report
Once you confirm the download, a notification bar will appear on your screen once the file is available for download.
