Dear Customer,

This email includes a significant update for the Hopstack Platform about processing the order which is designed to improve workflow efficiency and management of inventory discrepancies.

We have also included relevant support materials to help you navigate the new changes to the platform. Please click the Support Resources hyperlink under the relevant topic headers to open the support materials.


Consignment Export Report

We are excited to introduce the Consignment Export Report feature in the platform. This feature allows you to export detailed consignment data, including Order ID, Consignment Date, SKU Count, and more, for the last 12 months.

Log in, navigate to the Consignments screen under Inbound Logistics, click on the Actions button, and select Export Report to download a CSV file with comprehensive consignment details.

Split Order Management

Introducing the Split Order Management feature in the Hopstack platform, perfect for multi-warehouse scenarios. This feature allows orders with items from different warehouses to be split into child orders based on warehouse locations.

How It Works:

  • Viewing Orders: Parent and child orders are visible on the order management screen. Parent orders are marked with an "S" indicating a split.

  • Batching Orders: Batch child orders manually. Child orders’ status updates to “BATCHED” and the parent order to “BATCHED_PARTIALLY.”

  • Picking and Packing: Follow standard procedures. The parent order status updates to “IN_PROCESS_PARTIALLY” and finally to “COMPLETED” once all child orders are processed.

The audit trail records all activities and status changes. Split orders show the parent order’s assigned warehouse as “Multi.”

Improvements in Report Management

We have made several enhancements to the Report Management on the platform:

  • Fulfilled Quantity in Outbound Order Report: Now you can see the fulfilled quantity in the Outbound Order Report. Read more.

  • Improved Download Process: Reports can now be downloaded faster, significantly reducing load times.

  • Consistent Date Filters: Dates across all reports have been added and aligned, ensuring there are no discrepancies with date filters.

  • And More: Stay tuned as we continue to make improvements in this area.

Enhanced Order Management Filters

We have improved the order management filters for a more seamless and efficient experience. You can now multi-select options across various filter categories to create a comprehensive filter set.
Click "Apply Filter" to see the search results and modify the criteria as needed.

You can group filtered orders by criteria such as Customer, Warehouse, Country, Order Status, Classification, or Source for better organization and analysis.

Inventory Operations Overview

Introducing the Inventory Operations Overview screen, providing a comprehensive summary of all inventory-related tasks. This feature allows you to efficiently monitor and manage stock cycle counts and bin-to-bin transfers.

Key Sections:

  1. Stock Cycle Count:

    • Monitor cycle count operations with details like Batch ID, User, Plan, Assigned Time, and Status (Active, Completed, Unprocessed).

  2. Bin to Bin Transfer:

    • Track transfer operations with details such as Batch ID, User, Assigned Time, SKU, From Location To Location, Quantity, and Status.

Improvement Product Search

Our new Product Search feature makes it easy to find products using various identifiers, including ASIN, EAN, FNSKU, LPN, Seller SKU, SKU, UPC, and product names. It supports partial matching, allowing you to retrieve relevant results even with incomplete identifiers. Additionally, you can filter search results by client and warehouse for greater accuracy.

The search is case-insensitive, accommodates spelling errors, and prioritize exact matches first. For precise searches, use quotes around the identifier (e.g., "1234567").

UoM Breakdown Enhancement

We have introduced the UoM Breakdown Enhancement, enabling dynamic conversion between Units of Measure (UoMs) based on inventory availability to reduce stockouts and improve order fulfillment flexibility.

  • Admins can now break larger UoMs into smaller ones through a new admin screen in SKU-Bin Management.

  • The process involves selecting a SKU and bin, entering the breakdown quantity, and choosing the new UoM.

This feature helps maintain accurate inventory records by creating new SKU-bin mappings with the specified attributes.

New Columns Added to Stock Ledger

We've added Storage in Base UoM to display product quantities in the base unit of measure for clearer inventory representation. The Base UoM column now shows the standard unit of measure for each product, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting. To know more, visit Stock Ledger Detailed Explanation.
