Fulfillment Sync from Shopify to Hopstack
We’re thrilled to introduce an enhancement that enables seamless real-time fulfilment synchronizations between Hopstack and Shopify.
Now, when an order is fulfilled in Shopify, it will automatically be marked as Completed in Hopstack. This means you can easily track fulfilled orders on the Hopstack Order Management dashboard and exclude them from your active orders, providing greater clarity and improving your workflow.
This update ensures that your teams can focus on what matters most—delivering excellent service and keeping your operations running smoothly.

Download Pick List
We are excited to announce the addition of the Download PDF Pick List feature in the Outbound Operations screen. This enhancement provides users with a quick and convenient way to download pick lists directly from the system.
Offline Picking
We’ve introduced this feature to support offline picking workflows in your warehouse operations. This feature is designed to help associates who may not have continuous access to a mobile device or system while picking. By providing a physical pick list, warehouse managers can equip associates with all the necessary details including Batch ID, SKUs, Item Identifiers, Pick Locations, and Quantities to pick without relying on real-time digital systems during the picking process. Once the physical picking is complete, associates simply log into the Hopstack system to reconcile the picked quantities and confirm the pick, ensuring accuracy and smooth integration with the overall workflow.
Bulk Cancellation/Completion of Orders
We’re excited to introduce a brand-new feature that allows you to cancel or complete orders in bulk.
Now, you can efficiently manage large volumes of orders by performing these actions in just a few clicks:
Cancel multiple orders at once.
Mark orders as Completed in bulk.
This update is designed to help you save time and simplify your order management process, especially when handling large order volumes.
Storage Management
We have introduced new and enhanced Storage Management, which gives extensive flexibility for different warehouse operations. From building complex hierarchies, making locations available for operations, and reserving locations and hierarchies for specific Clients and Products. This feature provides complete flexibility on how you would like to set up your warehouse operations.
