This email includes a significant update to the Hopstack Platform that will streamline order processing and enhance inventory management.

Enhanced Bill of Lading (BOL)

The platform now allows full editing of all Bill of Lading (BOL) fields, offering complete flexibility in shipping document customization. Easily update shipping and carrier information from the orders section. The BOL now includes detailed item-level information such as Order Date, Order ID, Expiry Date, LPN, Lot ID, SKU, Product Name, and Total Quantity. Download or print the BOL by selecting Download/Print BOL in the orders section.

Rate Shopping Update: End User-Selected Carrier Visibility

When an end user selects a carrier on a marketplace (e.g., eBay, Shopify), it will now be displayed on the rate shopping screen and pre-selected on the packing screen. This ensures packers can see the chosen carrier without needing to check the marketplace, improving efficiency and transparency.

Storage Quantity View Update

Clicking on the Storage quantity now shows a detailed breakdown, including UoM, Available Qty, Allocated Qty, and Warehouse location. For a more granular view, users can click on any UoM to see details like Location, Available Qty, Allocated Qty, Tote, Expiry Date, Lot/Batch ID, Serial Number, LPN, LPN Form Factor, Pallet ID, and available actions.

Putaway List View

We are excited to introduce the new Putaway List View, designed to make your workflow smoother and more efficient. Currently available on the desktop version and soon on mobile, this feature provides a detailed list of all batches that need to be put away, giving you all the essential information at a glance.

Key features include:

Easy Tracking: View Unique ID, Type, Total Product Quantity, Product Info, Received Date, and Action for each batch.
Quick Actions: Start the putaway process and view detailed product information with just a click.
Efficient Management: Sort by received date, filter by LPN, Pallet, Tote, or SKU, and use the search function to find specific batches quickly.
