Building Bill of Lading (BOL)
The platform now allows users to edit all fields within the Bill of Lading (BOL), offering complete flexibility in shipping document customization.
With input text boxes for each field on the shipping information screen, managing BOLs is streamlined, reducing the time and effort required to finalize shipping documents.
This ensures that each document accurately reflects the specific details and requirements of each shipment, enhancing operational efficiency.
Build BOL:
You can update key information on the BOL using the 'Build BOL' action button.

Carrier
BOL Number
Seal Number
SCAC Code
Trailer Number
Date of Shipping

Line items:
SKU (Read Only)
QTY (Read Only)
LotID (Read Only)
Expiry Date (Read Only)
LPN (Read Only)
Weight (Read/Write)

Handling Units (Create Units):
From Factor of handling unit
SKU in the handling unit
QTY in specific handling unit
Weight of defined Handling unit

Editing Shipping and Carrier Information
You can update shipping and carrier information by navigating to the orders section, clicking the action button, and then selecting either Update Carrier or Update Shipping Info.

Item Level Information on BOL
All item-level information is now included in the BOL and is derived from the order details and how the products were received. This includes:
Order Date: The date the order was placed.
Order ID: The unique identifier for the order.
Expiry Date: The expiry date of the items in the shipment.
LPN (License Plate Number): For tracking pallets or containers.
Lot ID: Identification number for the lot.
SKU: Stock Keeping Unit number for inventory tracking.
Product Name: The name of the item.
Total Quantity: The total quantity of items in the shipment.
Downloading or Printing the BOL
You can download or print the Bill of Lading by navigating to the orders section, clicking the action button, and then selecting Download/Print BOL. This allows you to keep a physical or digital copy of the BOL for your records.
