SKU Bin Mappings Report

The SKU Bin Mapping Report provides a comprehensive view of the unallocated and allocated quantity of products in each storage location. It includes essential details of SKU, Product Name, LPN, Expiry date, Lot ID, etc

Below is the list of all available fields for the SKU Bin Mapping report and the users have the flexibility to customize their reports by selecting fields relevant to their business.

Report Fields

SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): A unique identifier for each product in the order, used for inventory management and product tracking. Examples include SKU12345 or PROD67890.

Client: The name of the client or customer who has stock at the warehouse. This helps in tracking stock based on customers and managing client-specific details. An example client might be John Doe or Acme Corp.

Warehouse: The specific warehouse where the stock is being kept. This field helps identify the location handling the order, such as Warehouse A or Main Fulfillment Center.

First Putaway Date: Indicates the date of the putaway being done by the warehouse team. For example, for SKU12345 if the put-away is done today the date will be in the format 20/02/24 6:35.

Bin Location: Indicates the warehouse location where the stock is kept.

Location Type: Indicates different types of locations in a warehouse-like Bin, Pallet, Floor and Bulk providing real-time warehouse inventory mapping and tracking.

Unallocated Quantity: This field shows the quantity that has no inventory/ stock allocated to any of the line items for an order.

Allocated Quantity: This field shows the quantity of the product allocated to line items of all the batched orders.

Product Name: This field contains product names that briefly describe the product. They help with product search, item selection during transaction entry, etc.

LPN (License Plate Number): A unique identifier in a barcode form (eg: 444389240-2) for a given handling unit – commonly a pallet – that is used to track that handling unit throughout its lifecycle.

LPN Form Factor: For a unique identifier a form factor is defined such as Pallet, Carton, Each, Etc.

Expiry Date: An inventory control that is triggered by a product's expiration date. The expiry date is defined especially for perishable goods, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.

Lot/ Batch ID: A batch code/ Lot ID, often referred to as a batch number or lot number, is a unique identifier assigned to a batch of products from the same production run. This code helps in tracking the production, inspection, and distribution history of the batch, aiding in quality control and recall processes.
