Inventory Report

The inventory report provides a comprehensive view of all inventory and helps understand what's available. This report includes the inventory in storage, inbound inventory, inventory allocated for outbound orders and more.

Below is the list of all available fields for the inventory report and the users have the flexibility to customize their reports by selecting relevant fields.

Report Fields

SKU(Stock Keeping Unit): A unique identifier for each product used for inventory management and product tracking. Examples include SKU12345 or PROD67890. This is a mandatory field in the report.

Warehouse: This field indicates the specific Warehouse locations. This field helps identify the locations handling the product eg., Warehouse A or Main Fulfillment Center.

Product Name: This field contains product names that briefly describe the product. They help with searching products, item selection during transaction entry, etc.

ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number): A unique block of 10 letters and/or numbers used to identify items on Amazon. Every product from Amazon is given a unique ASIN.

UPC (Universal Product Code): This is the Universal Product Code that contains a 12-digit unique identifier for the product and is usually present in the packaging of the product as a scannable barcode.

LPN (License Plate Number): A unique identifier in a barcode form (eg: 444389240-2) for a given handling unit – commonly a pallet – used to track that handling unit throughout its lifecycle.

Consignment Quantity: The quantity of products that is expected to be received as consignments.

Inbound Quantity-Receiving Buffer: The quantity of products that have been received but have not been assigned a storage location.

Storage Quantity: The quantity of products in storage locations.

Damaged Quantity: The quantity of products in storage that have been reported as damaged.

Total Quantity: The sum of the Inbound, Storage, Outbound, Damaged, and Unverified quantities.

Allocated Quantity: The total quantity of products that have been assigned or allocated to specific orders but have not yet been shipped out. These goods are effectively reserved and should not be considered available for new orders.

Available To Ship: The total quantity of products that are ready to be shipped out. This includes products that are currently in storage and not allocated to any order.

Marketplace Quantity: The quantity of products available for sale on a marketplace such as a web store or Amazon. It's crucial for this number to accurately reflect the actual inventory available to prevent overselling.
