Multi-Region Amazon Integration
Hopstack's Multi-Region Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) functionality empowers sellers to manage their Amazon seller accounts across various geographical regions efficiently.
This guide walks you through the setup and management of this feature, allowing you to tailor your operations per selected geography while ensuring seamless integration and accurate tracking.
Adding Lot ID/Batch ID and LPNs to Orders
This feature is essential for managing Lots, Expiries, and specific LPNs in shipments, thereby enhancing the tracking and improving accuracy in order fulfillment.

Undo Consignment Receiving
Undo Receiving enables admins to revert a consignment's status to its pre-received state.
This feature is made to significantly reduce the potential for data inconsistency and operational errors, which are critical in inventory and shipment management.

Please Note: Administrators are advised that the Undo Receiving feature is conditionally available. It can be executed only if the consignment has not progressed to the putaway phase.
Export Transaction History
The "Export Transaction History" feature in the platform allows you to generate a comprehensive report of your inventory's transaction history.
This report consolidates information across SKU transactions across various stages, including consignments, inbound, outbound, and allocations.
The report generated will be coming to the email associated with the user.
Printing Box Labels for Non-Partnered Carriers
Unlike partnered carriers, which provide both box and shipping labels in a single file, non-partnered carriers offer them in separate files. The existing system allows only the re-printing of shipping labels.
This feature enhancement also addresses the need to re-print box labels separately whenever required, especially when a box label gets damaged or becomes non-usable.
Download Packing Slip
The packing list feature allows the download of the file providing essential order information like SKU IDs, Quantities, etc. This simplifies packing processes and enhances order management efficiency.
Note: The packing list can only be downloaded after the packing process is fully completed. Downloading prior to completion is not permitted.
Enhanced Information while Order Cancellation and Completion
Now, manually canceling or completing an order directly updates the associated inventory, with a detailed 'Inventory Affected' modal for clarity.
This ensures that admins are well-informed on order statuses and inventory levels.
Additional Feature Improvements
Searchable LPN ID: The LPN ID can now be used as a search term in the SKU-Bin Management screen for easier navigation and management.
Mobile App Quantity Input: Users have the capability to input quantities directly within the mobile application, streamlining data entry.
Updated Report Management Features: A significant update to the report accessibility on the platform is made, aimed at enhancing data privacy and individual user experience.
Product Descriptions: Product descriptions will now be visible on the stock ledger and in product management, and the same description is planned to show on the SKU Bin Management Screen on the product roadmap.
Order ID Visibility in Operations: Order IDs will be displayed alongside SKUs on the Operations screen to facilitate more understanding of batch assignments.
Audit Trail Enhancements: The User ID of the user who batched orders will now be included in the audit trail for improved traceability and accountability.
