Instant Bin-to-Bin Transfer Improvements [Learn more]

Previously users were not able to move any unallocated stock if Bin has any allocated stock against them. With new update on Bin-to-Bin transfer, user can move any unallocated stock regardless of allocation status.

Users can not move stock that has other tracking IDs like Expiry dates, LotID, or PalletID. This is because the system will not know or can verify if someone moves stock with one expiry date or the other.

Notifications Management

Our newly improved and customisable Notifications Module ensures that both consumers and system users stay informed in real time about key events throughout the fulfilment journey.

  1. Consumer Notifications

With the new Consumer Notifications module, businesses can now send real-time email notifications to customers, keeping them updated on their orders. Admins have the flexibility to configure notification rules by setting multi-layered conditions based on parameters such as Client Name, Order Source, SKU, and Order Value. This ensures that customers receive only the most relevant and timely updates.

  1. System User Notifications

The improved System User Notifications feature provides a faster, more accessible notifications sidebar, ensuring that users receive updates relevant to their roles. Admins have complete control over notification settings, allowing them to tailor alerts for different user roles so that critical events never go unnoticed.

For greater reach, admins can also enable email notifications, and users have the option to customize their email preferences based on their needs.

With these enhancements, our Notifications Module ensures better communication, higher efficiency, and an improved user experience across the board.

Inbounds LPN

Our updated receiving workflow now allows users to assign inventory tracking numbers across multiple UOMs, enabling nested traceability. This addition complements the existing features enabling accurate stock identification and enhanced inventory management. Learn More

FBA Inbound Workflow [Knowledge Base]

As of Jan’2025, Amazon requires sellers to add prep instructions for each Product they have on Amazon Catalog. We have updated this in Hopstack, and sellers can create the FBA inbound plan by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your system and go to Outbound Logistics > FBA Inbound.

  2. Click Create an Inbound Plan, then fill in details: warehouse, client, seller ID, and marketplace.

  5. Click Run Eligibility Check to ensure FBA compliance.

Review the eligibility results and resolve any issues with ineligible products.

Additionally, we’ve added an option to set prep instructions and types for products directly through the product management flow. To update them, navigate to:

  1. Setup >> Product Management

  2. Click the three dots next to the SKU

  3. Select Prep Instructions and update accordingly
