I cannot download pallet labels for my order
For non-partnered LTL shipping to Amazon (also applicable to shipping purchased outside of Hopstack):
Amazon does not accept any pallet information from external sources for non-partnered LTL shipping. It only accepts the PRO (Progressive Routing Order) Number and the name of the carrier.
Hence, Hopstack is unable to provide or generate pallet labels for these shipments.
To retrieve pallet labels, please check the portal of the shipping carrier from whom the shipping was purchased or get in touch with your carrier’s customer support.
For non-Amazon LTL shipping:
Hopstack prints out all the labels sent over by integrated carriers or aggregators during the packing stage. If any label is missing, it essentially means one of two things:
Hopstack did not receive any additional label information from the integrated carrier/aggregator
The information was not printed due to a technical issue.
In such a situation, please take the following two actions:
Reach out to Hopstack Support so that we can confirm which labels were received from our end.
Check your integrated carrier or shipping aggregator to see if the pallet labels were generated.
For Amazon-partnered LTL shipping:
Hopstack makes all labels sent by Amazon available for download through the UI in the case of partnered shipping. Additionally, these labels are also printed out during the packing stage.
If any label is missing, then it essentially means that either:
The pallet information was not sent over to Amazon properly
Or the pallet information is rejected
In such a situation, please reach out to Hopstack Support so that we can confirm which labels were received from our end. We may ask you to restart the packing for this order, but please do not do it before we consult with you.
