I cannot download box labels for my order

If you're experiencing difficulty downloading multiple labels on the Hopstack platform, it could be due to your browser's pop-up blockers.

Pop-up blockers prevent unwanted downloads/ads from multiple websites but due to the way our printing workflow is built, our labels also open up in an invisible browser pop-up (called headless browser windows). When these headless windows get blocked, the labels are prevented from reaching your printer, thereby resulting in a print failure.

To ensure a smooth experience on the Hopstack platform, you might need to disable your web browser's pop-up blockers for your Hopstack instance. This may typically be visible in your browser’s address bar.
