Deleting a Batch and Unallocating Orders/Products

The 'Delete Batch' feature allows you to unallocate all orders/products from a specific batch.
This provides the flexibility to adjust allocations as required based on changes in logistics, inventory availability, or other business reasons.

How to Delete a Batch:

  1. Navigate to the Order Operations Screen.

  2. Locate the desired batch either by the Order ID or Batch ID.

  3. Click on the Batch ID to see its details.

  4. On the right corner, find the Action button (represented by 3 dots).

  5. From the dropdown menu, select Delete.

  6. A confirmation popup will appear. To confirm deletion, click on Yes, I confirm.

Conditions for Deleting a Batch:

  • The batch can only be deleted if it is in the Unprocessed status.

  • Batches with the status CONFIRMED_DROPOFF or STARTED cannot be deleted using this method.
