Salient Features:
Outbound Logistics Stages: The top panel displays three primary stages for the outbound process: Picking, Prepping, and Packing. This allows users to toggle between the different stages that an order may be in to see how operations are occurring in a specific stage.
Completion Status: Easily view the overall completion status with the displayed percentage and numerical indicator. This helps in monitoring the overall progress of a stage.
Picks per Hour: An essential metric that showcases the average number of picks made in an hour, enabling users to assess productivity and efficiency. This metric represents the average number of order items (or products) picked by warehouse staff within an hour.
Items in Error: Immediate notification of any items in error, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
Total Batches: This metric provides a count of all the batches that are being processed or awaiting processing in the warehouse. It gives a quick overview of the volume of orders being managed.
Completion: This metric is expressed as both a fraction and a percentage, representing the proportion of batches that have been fully processed (picked, prepped, or packed) against the total batches. It provides insights into the overall efficiency and progress of the outbound logistics.
Date Range: Allows for filtering the results within a specific timeframe to focus on particular sets of data.
Batch Overview: A comprehensive table detailing individual batches. It includes:
