Add Prep Instructions (Inbound plan, Product management)

As of Jan’2025, Amazon requires sellers to add prep instructions for each Product they have on Amazon Catalog.

To add preparation instructions for your FBA inbound products, follow these simple steps:

Prep Instructions are visible on each inbound plan:

Bulk update for all items in shipment: (suitable for shipment with many items)

Update all Unknow prep instructions to No Prep in bulk.

Update for each Item:

Navigate to 🖊️ , drop-down will appear to add prep instructions:

Add Prep instructions on product Management:

In addition to updating prep details within the Packing Workflow, we’ve introduced a new way to make changes directly from the Product Management module. Here’s how you can use this feature:

1. Navigate to Product Management:

   • Go to the Product Management section in your dashboard.

2. Access the Actions Menu:

   • Locate the product you want to update.

   • Click on the Actions button next to the product.
     

     

3. View/Edit Prep Details:

   • Select the option Prep Instructions from the dropdown menu.

   • Make the necessary updates to the prep details.
     

     

4. Save Changes:

   • Once you’ve edited the prep details, click Submit to apply your changes.
