Deleting and suspending users

This guide is only applicable to those users who have admin-level privileges OR read & write access to the User Management screen.

  1. Login to the Hopstack platform using the URL provided to you with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the User Management module within the Setup section in the left navigation menu.

  3. Click on the Action menu (three dots menu) beside the user you want to suspend/un-suspend, and delete.

  4. Click on the suspend user option to suspend the user.

    5. The platform confirms the change in status with "User suspension updated successfully" message. You can verify the change by checking the status column against the selected user.

    6. After accessing the three dots menu, click on the "Delete User" button to delete the user.

    15. Click on the "Yes, I confirm" button to confirm the deletion.

The platform shows "User deleted" message to confirm the deletion.
