Usage

On associating a Billing Profile with a Client, and warehouse operations have commenced for that specific client, you can easily access a comprehensive summary of the usage categorised by different metrics. Follow the steps below to view the Usage summary and get more comprehensive information for each sub-category:

  1. Go to Billing

    1. Under Billing, click “Usage” 

    2. You will see all your clients who has usage that is being calculated by Hopstack

  1. View “Usage” for selected Client

    1. Click ‘eye icon under Actions

    2. The view will show the current usage summary, showing total currency values (say $) for the entire category

    3. You will be able to expand on a category to give more details under the different sub-categories and what units have been captured. Let’s say for a client, for receiving, the usage is calculated by ‘each’. See below.

  1. Download Raw Data for each sub-category

    1. To reconcile and give your customers more data on each event under a sub-category, youwill be able to download raw data for them. 

    2. Click the download icon under each sub-category.  (Let’s say for Receiving)

On the usage screen, you will be to change dates and see usage across other time period. 

Please Note: For our Beta release, currently we only show Usage data for Activity and Labels. For other categories, please wait for the update.
