Platform now offers a comprehensive status trail feature for Amazon shipments, enhancing the label generation process.

This feature becomes available once the carrier is selected on the packing screen, providing a transparent view of each step involved in generating your shipment labels.

Additionally, the system will display any errors encountered during the label generation process, ensuring a smoother, more informed shipping operation.

Accessing Status Trail

Once you are on the packing screen, proceed to select your carrier for the shipment. This action triggers the status trail feature.
The status trail will appear on the screen, detailing each step of the label generation process for your Amazon shipment.

Statuses Explained

The status trail includes various key statuses, each updated in real-time to reflect the current progress of the label generation process. These statuses will show as either "Completed" or "Failed," depending on the outcome of each step. The steps include:

Get Transport Details: This status confirms the retrieval of transport details from Amazon.
Create Feed: Indicates the creation of the feed necessary for label generation.
Get Box Labels From Amazon And Save: Signifies that the box labels have been obtained from Amazon and saved accordingly.
Determine Transport Type: Shows that the system has determined the appropriate transport type for your shipment.
Put Transport Details: Confirms that the transport details have been successfully submitted to Amazon.
Estimate Transport Request: Indicates the completion of the transport request estimation.
Wait For Transport Estimation: This status confirms that the waiting period for transport estimation is complete.

Error Handling

Should an error occur during any step of the label generation process, the status trail will display a "Failed" status for the affected step, along with a specific error message.

This enables you to quickly identify and rectify any issues or Restart the packing to enter the correct details or reselect the carrier
