Shipment Review Screen

The new shipment review screen on Hopstack provides an improved overview and enhanced control of all relevant details for shipping an order. In the Packing section, by using the shipment review on Hopstack, users can efficiently manage and prepare orders for shipment.
Boxing Options: Allows users to choose the appropriate packaging for items, including dimensions and weight.
When processing an order from the Packing Station, once an order is completely packed, upon clicking “Confirm Pack“ a new screen appears with the details of “Box Content Details“, “Shipping Preview”
Box Details Overview : Shows the Box name, number of total counts the Products in-side the box, Dimensions and Weight of the Box (weight of the box can be modified if required).
By clicking on the “Box Name” a pop-up screen displays the details with the number of line Items packed and the number of quantity against the line item inside the specific box along with an manual option to Re-Do (Un-Pack).
Click on the + and - switch to extend and collapse the additional product details such as Product Name, SKU, Quantity, Unit cost, Total cost and Commodity code. (Only commodity can be modified here, remaining are view-only tiles)
5. Shipment Preview : The shipment preview section of the screen allows users to select their preferred shipment mode and choose insurance options if rate shopping is enabled. Users can also enter a tracking ID for the order. Additionally, this screen provides a summary of the shipment details for review, ensuring all necessary information is easily accessible before finalizing the shipment.
a. Rate Shopping - If carrier integration is available, select Rate Shopping, select Shipping Mode & select the Insurance. Now click on “Enter Rate Shopping-Screen“ and choose the required service provider. Upon clicking on “Confirm”
b. Tracking ID - If Tracking ID option is selected, please update the tracking details in the section and proceed to Generate Labels
The users also have the option to skip and restart packing. Once Generate Labels is clicked the next screen appears where the user can print packing and shipping labels. Once the user clicks on Confirm, the packing is completed.
