Scanning Orders

The Scanning Orders Tray is an intuitive interface designed to streamline the process of managing and prepping orders.

At the top of the screen, you will see a toggle allowing you to switch between the “Scan” view and the “Order” View. By default, this page will open on the “Scan” view.

Scan View

In the "Scan" view, there's an option to scan the barcode of a tote.

By scanning the barcode, you can retrieve detailed information about the products inside the tote.

Manually Entering the SKU/Order ID

• If you did not pull the product from a tote or if the barcode is unreadable, you can manually enter the SKU of the product or the Order ID

• This will provide you with the same product details as scanning the barcode.

Orders View

• Switch to the "Orders" view to see a list of orders that have been picked and are awaiting prep.

• To start working on an order, simply select "Work on this". This action is equivalent to scanning the order's tote barcode.

The Scanning Orders Tray enhances efficiency by automating order management. It ensures accurate product-order matching and organizes the prepping process systematically.
