Redo Packing (for individual items)

The ability to redo the packing process for individual items within an order provides the ability to address packing issues or make corrections at a granular level, without having to redo the entire order.

Item-Level Error Correction: This feature allows for specific correction at the individual item level. If a packing error is discovered for a particular item, you can easily redo the packing for that item alone, rather than repacking the entire order.

Flexibility and Efficiency: It brings flexibility and improves efficiency in the packing process. By allowing corrections at the item level, it helps save time and resources that would otherwise be spent on redoing the packing for entire orders.

Quality Control: It contributes to maintaining high-quality standards. In the event a quality issue is detected with the packing of a particular item, you can quickly address it using this feature.

Navigate to the 'List View' section on your dashboard. This will be coming up once you have started packing an order.

Locate the item you want to repack.

Next to the item, find the 'Redo' button.

A new section will open with a comprehensive view of all items that are currently in the redo packing process. It includes SKU, Name, Box Name, and Packed Qty.

Add the quantity of the items you want to unpack.

After clicking on the ‘Redo’ button a prompt will appear asking for confirmation, as this action will restart the packing process for the individual item.

Click 'Confirm' in the prompt to initiate the redo packing process for the item.

The packing process for the selected item will now be reset, and you can start the packing process for this item from scratch.
