Potential Issue - How to Stop Active Listings Report Email Spam from Amazon

This is a sporadic issue experienced by those merchants who perform Amazon fulfillment on Hopstack. Some merchants may face this issue, others may not.

If you're receiving multiple emails a day with the subject "Notification of Active Listings Report availability" from Hopstack, these emails are generated by Amazon Services whenever Hopstack requests a report on your behalf.

While these emails can be bothersome, there is a way to stop them. Follow the steps below to disable the active inventory reports email:

  1. Login to your Seller Central account on Amazon.

  2. Hover your mouse over the "Settings" option located at the top right of the screen.

  3. Click on "Notification Preferences" from the dropdown menu.

  4. Scroll down to the "Reports" section and click on the "Edit" button next to it.

  5. Look for the "Open Listings Report" option and uncheck the box next to it.

  6. After unchecking the box, click on the "Save" button to apply the changes.

  7. Once you have saved the changes, log out of your Seller Central account.

By following these steps, you will have successfully disabled the active inventory reports email from Hopstack.

Depending on how many listing fetches are already in the pipeline, it may take anywhere between 5 minutes to 12 hours for the listing report emails to stop.

It's important to note that Hopstack cannot directly control the sending of these emails as they are a byproduct of the integration calls they make.

However, we are actively working on finding a solution to this issue and will keep you updated.
