Out-Bound Orders with Lot ID / LPN
When creating outbound orders manually, it is crucial to select the correct LOT ID or prioritize products approaching their expiry dates. This practice enhances inventory management and ensures timely allocation.
Steps to Follow:
Click on Create Order and select Regular order type.
Choose the product and corresponding LOT ID or LPN:
The same SKU can be selected with multiple Lot ID’s and multiple quantities by clicking on “Add Item” as shown below. Make your selection based on the product's expiry dates or the prioritization of pallets. This helps manage inventory effectively and allocate resources efficiently.
Once the order is created, the order page will reflect with the selected Lot Ids accordingly.
