Bulk Resolve Exceptions
Bulk resolving exceptions allows handling multiple order exceptions at once, streamlining the exception management process and improving efficiency.
Resolving exceptions individually can be time-consuming, especially when dealing with a large number of orders. Mass resolving provides a quick and efficient way to handle multiple orders at once.
How to Use Mass Resolving Exceptions:
Navigating to Outbound Exceptions:
Open your application or dashboard.
Locate and select "Outbound Exceptions" to view the list of exceptions.
Selecting Orders:
Browse through the list of exceptions.
Click on the checkboxes next to each order you want to resolve.
Using the Action Buttons:
Once you select at least one order, two buttons will appear in the top right corner: "Mass Resolve" and "Clear".
Mass Resolve:
Clicking this button will resolve the exceptions for all the orders that were checked by the user.
Upon successful resolution, a notification will pop up based on the guidelines below:
If you have resolved all selected exceptions:
“All selected exceptions were resolved. Please navigate to Order Management to see resolved orders.”
If some exceptions remain unresolved:
“x” of “y” exceptions were resolved. Please navigate to Order Management to see resolved orders. (Where x = Number of exceptions resolved, and y = Number of orders selected)
Clear:
Clicking this button clears your selection and reverts all orders to their unchecked state. Use this if you want to deselect the orders or if you made an error in the selection.
