Marking an order complete in marketplace

Hopstack offers an efficient way for users to manage their sales by providing a feature to mark orders as 'Shipped' directly from the platform. This allows seamless interaction with various marketplaces, such as Amazon without the need to log into each marketplace separately.

Steps to Mark Orders as 'Shipped'

  1. Navigate to the Orders section of the platform.

  2. Browse or search for the specific order you wish to update.

  3. Locate the Actions menu.

  4. Select Mark Complete on Marketplace from the dropdown.

  5. The status of the order on the associated marketplace (e.g., Amazon) will be automatically updated to 'Shipped'.

This feature can be used when the order has been completed in Hopstack but the status has not yet been updated in the marketplace, due to integration delays or any manual override operations performed by admins.
