Managing Bundles Across Multiple SKUs Sharing an ASIN
As a merchant or warehouse admin on Hopstack, you can efficiently manage bundles across multiple SKUs sharing an ASIN. This feature helps maintain consistency and save time when defining or modifying Amazon bundles.
Currently, this functionality is available only for Amazon products due to the unique ASIN identifier. We plan to extend this to other e-commerce platforms as globally unique identifiers become available.
Functionality Triggers
There are two ways this functionality can be triggered:
User-initiated: When a user manually converts an existing product to a bundle or vice versa.
Integration-initiated: When a product flows in via Amazon integration.
User-Initiated Actions

To convert an Amazon product to a bundle, follow these steps:
Identify the Product: Go to the product management section under the setup.

Integration-Initiated Actions
New Product Flows in via Amazon Integration
When a new product is received through the Amazon integration, the system will:
If an active product with the same ASIN exists and is a bundle, the system will automatically convert the incoming product to a bundle and apply the same component definition as the existing bundle. You will be notified of the automatic bundle conversion.
If no matching active bundle product exists, the product will be imported as a standalone item.
