Client Integrations

Purpose

The Client Integrations tab is dedicated to displaying integrations that are specific to individual clients. This ensures that each client has a tailored set of integrations suited to their unique needs.

Access

  • Client Users: Clients will only have access to view and manage the integrations that pertain to their own account. They will not have visibility or access to integrations belonging to other clients.

  • Admin Users: Admins have full access to view, add, edit, and manage client-specific integrations.

Visibility

Each client will see only their own integrations under this tab, providing a clear and uncluttered view of the connections relevant to their operations.

Global Integrations

Purpose

The Global Integrations tab houses integrations that are commonly used across all clients. This central repository allows for the consistent application of integrations that are essential for multiple client accounts.

Access

  • Admin Users Only: Only admins have the permission to add or edit integrations within the Global tab. This ensures that these critical integrations are maintained and managed with high security and consistency.

  • Other User Roles: No other user roles, including client users, will have the ability to modify the global integrations. This restriction helps prevent any unauthorized changes that could impact multiple clients.

Visibility

Admins can view and manage all global integrations. While these integrations are utilized across various client accounts, their management is restricted to admins to ensure uniformity and control.

Important Notes

  • Admin Control: Admin users have comprehensive control over both Client and Global integrations, ensuring efficient and secure management.

  • Client-Specific Management: Individual clients will only be able to see and manage their specific integrations under the Client tab. This segmentation guarantees that clients can focus on their own integrations without any interference from others.

  • Global Integration Management: The Global tab is exclusively managed by admins, ensuring that shared integrations are consistently applied and maintained across all client accounts.

We believe this update will greatly enhance the efficiency and clarity of managing integrations within your account. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
