How to connect your Shippo account to Hopstack

This guide will show you how to integrate your Shippo account with the Hopstack platform.

This guide is only applicable to those users that have read & write access to the Integrations Management screen.

1. Navigate tohttps://apps.goshippo.com and login using your Shippo credentials

2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right corner to access Settings.

3. Click on "API"

4. Click "Generate Token" under the Live Token section.

5. Your token will now be generated. You will only see this token once. Please click on the icon to copy the token to your clipboard. Please do not share this token with anyone.

6. Click "Done"

7. Login to the Hopstack platform with your provided credentials.

8. Click "Integration Management" under the Setup section in the left navigation bar.

9. Scroll down to find the Shippo icon and click on the "Connect" button

10. Paste the key that was copied from Shippo into the resultant text box and click on Submit.

11. Wait until you can see the notification which says "Integration added successfully"

Your Shippo account should now be connected with Hopstack.
