How to connect your Seller Central account to Hopstack as a merchant

This guide will help you connect your Amazon Seller Central account to Hopstack using the Amazon app. Please follow the steps as prescribed below to complete the integration process.

This is only applicable to you if your user role is CLIENT or if you have merchant-level permission to the platform.

  1. Login to your Hopstack Platform using the provided credentials and click on the 'Setup' section in the left navigation bar.

2. Click on "Integration Management"

3. Click on the "Connect" button in the Amazon tile.

4. Choose the region that your Seller Central store is registered in.

5. Click "Submit"

You will now be redirected to Hopstack's Amazon Seller Appstore page. If your Hopstack screen is not visible, please do not worry, your progress is safe.

This is how the Seller App Store page should look like. Please beware of any duplicates.

6. Click on "Authorize Now"

7. Choose the store that you want to integrate with. Please make sure that the region you select here is the same as the region you selected in Hopstack.

8. Click on the checkbox

9. Click "Sign up / Login to Hopstack"

You will now be redirected back to Hopstack. If you see the page reloading multiple times, please do not worry, this is expected behavior. Please DO NOT click on the refresh or back button if the process seems to be stuck.

10. If everything went right, you should see a notification stating that the integration was added successfully.

Your Hopstack account and Amazon Seller Central accounts are now connected.


The following is a guide to the newly appearing buttons:

  1. Test - This button will test your integration with Seller Central. It will fetch one product and its associated information to test if the connection was successful. If this test fails, please Logout and try the process again.

  2. Sync Products - This button will issue a request to fetch all the products associated with your Seller Central account. Depending on the number of products, this process may take anywhere between 5 minutes to 12 hours (with a median fetch time of 1 hour)

  3. Logout - This button logs Hopstack out of your Seller Central account. If you wish, you can go into Seller Central and de-authorise the Hopstack app. However, clicking Logout on this screen will terminate the connection from Hopstack’s end.
