How to connect your Logestech account to Hopstack

This guide will show you how to integrate your Logestech account with the Hopstack platform.

This guide is only applicable to those users that have read & write access to the Integrations Management screen.

Kindly ensure that you possess your Logestech username and password and Company ID before proceeding further. In case you are unaware of your Logestech login credentials, we suggest you get in touch with your Logestech account representative to seek their assistance.

Login to the Hopstack platform with your account.

Click "Integration Management" under the Setup section in the left navigation bar.

To proceed with Logestech Integration must be added via the Global tab under the Integration Management screen. Two fields are mandated:

  1. Bearer Token

  2. Company ID

Please reach out to the Logestech support team to get the Bearer Token and Company ID

Both fields are mandatory. The integration cannot proceed without the above details, and they must be correct. If the credentials are incorrect/wrong we get an error “Logestech credentials are invalid. Please check the details and try again”.

Once the necessary credentials are added in the Global tab please navigate to the Client tab to add the integration for a single client.

Scroll down to find the Logestech icon and click on the "Connect" button

 

 

Add the Username(Email ID) of Logestech.

Wait until you can see the notification.

Your account should now be connected with Hopstack.

 

The order processing such as Picking and Packing on the Hopstack platform remains the same.

Below are the scenarios you need to be aware of post completing the integration.

Scenario 1: Valid City and State

In Logestech's workflow, we make an API call once the order is completed. The order will be marked as “Completed” when you click on “Confirm Drop-off” via the App/Device. This ensures an order gets created on the Logestech platform with the order number being the “Invoice number”. Hopstack will fetch the “Barcode” number as the tracking number from Logestech API. 

 

Scenario 2: Invalid City and State

If the city is Invalid or not mapped on Logestech, the API call will not be made to Logestech from Hopstack. An order will be created on the Logestech platform. However, the user can complete the order on the Hopstack platform.

NOTE: The order completion can be marked by the user with “ADMIN” role access.
