How to integrate your eBay Seller account with Hopstack

This guide will show you how to integrate your eBay Seller account with the Hopstack platform.

This guide is only applicable to those users that have read & write access to the Integrations Management screen.

Due to current rate limits on eBay integration, eBay product fetches are limited to once a day.

Hopstack team is working with eBay support on increasing rate limits.

1. Login to the Hopstack platform with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Setup > Integrations Management screen in the Hopstack platform.

3. Click ‘Connect’ on the eBay integrations tile.

4. A window will open and an eBay login screen will appear.

5. Please sign in with your eBay account details.

6. Once signed in, you will see an authorization screen asking the user to agree to the permissions requested by Hopstack. Click on ‘Agree and Continue’.

7. The Hopstack platform will now redirect you and show you this success message if the process is successful.

8. Please click ‘Continue’ to get redirected to the Hopstack platform.

9. The integration tile for eBay in our platform should now look like this:

Your eBay Seller account and Hopstack accounts are now connected.

10. The following is a guide to the newly appearing buttons:

1. Test - This button will test your integration with eBay. It will fetch one product and its associated information to test if the connection was successful. If this test fails, please Logout and try the process again.

2. Sync Products - This button will issue a request to fetch all the products associated with your eBay account. Depending on the number of products, this process may take anywhere between 5 minutes to 12 hours (with a median fetch time of 1 hour)

3. Logout - This button logs Hopstack out of your eBay account.
