Enabling 2D Barcodes For A Client

2D barcodes for Amazon FBA shipments have been implemented on the Hopstack platform to streamline the packing process and maintain compatibility with both partnered and non-partnered carriers.
This feature is specifically tailored for Amazon prep centers.

Please note that this feature is very specific to Amazon prep centers.
If you require 2D barcodes for other purposes or operations, please contact the Hopstack implementation team for assistance.

Enabling 2D Barcodes on the Client Level

To initiate the transition to using 2D barcodes, admins need to enable this feature at the client level. Follow these steps to activate 2D barcodes for a specific client:

  1. Navigate to Client Management:

    • Log in to your Hopstack dashboard.

    • From the main menu, select Client Management.

  2. Select the Desired Client:

    • In the Client Management section, find and select the client for whom you want to enable 2D barcodes.

  3. Edit Client Settings:

    • Click on the Edit button to modify the client's settings.

    • Locate the toggle switch for 2D Barcode.

  4. Enable 2D Barcode:

    • Toggle the switch to enable 2D barcodes for the selected client.

    • Save the changes to activate the 2D barcode feature.

By following these steps, you can ensure that 2D barcodes are enabled for the desired client, streamlining the packing process and maintaining compatibility with Amazon's requirements.
