Editing a user

This guide is only applicable to those users who have admin-level privileges OR read & write access to the User Management screen.

  1. Login to the Hopstack platform using the URL provided to you with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the User Management module within the Setup section in the left navigation menu.

  3. Click on the Action menu (three dots menu) beside the user you want to edit and click on Edit User

  4. You will be given the option to change : 

    1. User Role

    2. User Name

    3. User Email 

    4. Stations - If the chosen user has the role ASSOCIATE

    5. Warehouses that the user has access to

    6. Clients that the user has access to

Once all details are specified and changed, please click on Submit.

Your chosen users details have now been changed.
