Deleting Warehouse

This document provides instructions on how to delete a warehouse from your system. Deleting a warehouse removes it from your operational list, ensuring it is no longer available for any operations. Please follow these steps to delete a warehouse correctly.

Deleting Process

1. Locate the Warehouse: Navigate to the warehouse list in your system where all the warehouses are displayed.

2. Initiate Deletion: Find the warehouse you wish to delete and click on the bin icon associated with it. This action will prompt a confirmation dialog to appear, ensuring that you do not accidentally delete a warehouse.

3. Confirm Deletion: In the confirmation dialog, click on "Yes, I confirm" to proceed with the deletion. This action will permanently remove the warehouse from your system.

Important Notes

• Data and Operations Impact: By deleting a warehouse, it will no longer be available for operations within your system. This action is irreversible, so ensure that the warehouse is no longer needed before deletion.

• Restrictions on Deletion: Warehouses that are set as default or contain data cannot be deleted to prevent loss of critical information. However, such warehouses can be deactivated if they are no longer in use. Deactivating a warehouse makes it unavailable for operations without permanently removing it from the system.
