Changes to the Stock Ledger & Release Inventory Workflow Under Multi-Region

The release inventory workflow in Hopstack has been updated to accommodate multi-region operations more effectively. This document provides a comprehensive guide on how to navigate the new workflow, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all users.

All of the below options will be available in the Stock Ledger Page

To view these, please login to the Hopstack Platform and click on the Stock Ledger button, under the Inventory tab, in the left-hand navigation bar.

1. Selection of Warehouse (Only for Multi-Warehouse Operations)

1.1 Overview

Users must now select the specific warehouse from which they wish to release inventory. This step is mandatory if the multi-warehouse feature is enabled on your account.

Choose a Warehouse: If multi-warehouse is enabled, a dropdown menu will appear, listing all available warehouses. Select the warehouse from which you wish to release inventory.

2. Marketplace Selection

2.1 Overview

Users are now required to choose the marketplaces for inventory release. The marketplaces are represented by two-letter country codes.

Select Marketplaces: Click on the dropdown menu to reveal a list of available marketplaces, represented by their two-letter country codes. Select the applicable marketplace for your inventory release.

3. Seller Account Selection

3.1 Overview

It is now necessary to select the specific Seller Account from which you want to sell. All integrated accounts will be available in a dropdown menu, differentiated by their Seller ID.

Choose an Account: Click on the dropdown menu to view all integrated Seller Accounts. They are listed along with their Seller IDs for easy identification. Select the account you wish to sell from.
