  • After confirmation, all selected products now bear the descriptive tag you've created, aiding in easy categorisation and organisation

  • You can follow the same steps atop your filter configurations, after narrowing down results using various criteria. Select all or specific products from the narrowed list to create tags for them

  • Globally Search using Tags - Once a user creates a tag, all users in the organization gain access to search using that tag, allowing them to view the static list of products associated with it

  • Add Products to existing Tag- Following the same steps, once products are selected, clicking 'Add Tags' under the Actions menu enables users to assign one or multiple existing tags from the list or search. Upon confirmation, a message confirms the addition of new products to the tag. Subsequently, the newly selected products are appended to the list associated with existing tags

Delete Tags

  • When selecting "Add Tags" from the Actions drop-down menu, you'll find a list of existing tags, accessible via search or scrolling. Choose a tag and utilize the kebab menu to delete it

    Screenshot 2024-03-22 at 8.04.27 PM.png

  • Upon deletion, a confirmation message displays the number of products associated with the tag. Once deleted, those products will no longer have the tag associated with them

    Screenshot 2024-03-22 at 8.05.14 PM.png

Note: After deletion, no user in your organization can view, edit, or search for the deleted tag. Additionally, tags are uneditable once created.
