Importing FBA Shipments

The Ability to Import FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments feature serves to streamline the management of your FBA orders.

By doing so, it:

  1. Saves Time: Eliminates the need to juggle between multiple platforms.

  2. Reduces Errors: Direct API integration ensures data accuracy.

  3. Enhances Efficiency: Allows seamless processing of FBA and non-FBA orders alike.

  4. Improves Order Tracking: Centralizes all orders, making it easier to track and manage.

Here is the attached Step by Step video :

  1. Accessing the Feature:

    a. Navigate to the Order Management screen.

    b. Look for the button titled 'Import FBA Shipment'.

  2. Searching for a Shipment:

    a. Select ‘Warehouse’ and ‘Client’
    b. Enter the Shipment ID of the FBA order you wish to import.

    c. Click on the 'Search' button.

  3. Display of Shipment Details:

    Once the response is received from Amazon, the details will be displayed in a small UI block. This block will contain:

    • FBA Shipment ID

    • Shipment details

    • Details related to Quantity (QTY)

    • Product Information

  4. Importing the Shipment Data:

    a. To pull the shipment data into Hopstack outbound orders, simply click on the ‘Import Shipment’

  5. Processing the Imported Data:

    a. Once the data is pulled into Hopstack, the FBA order will be available for processing like any other order in the system.

    b. You can perform various operations like Picking, Prepping and Packing.

  1. Note: Ensure that the Shipment ID entered is accurate to get the correct data. Wrong or non-existent IDs might result in an error or no data being displayed.
